Concert “Great Spanish Composers”

The “Śródmieście” Cultural Center in Białystok invites you to the “Great Spanish Composers” Concert!

We will hear pieces by great Spanish masters performed by Roman Zieliński (violin) and Anastazja Matukiewicz (piano). The repertoire will include Malagena (I.Albenitz), Spanish Dance op26 nr7 El Vito (P.de Sarasate), Spanish Serenade (C.Chaminade).

Roman Zieliński, violinist and conductor, graduated from the violin class of prof. K. Porębski at the Music High School in Bytom and studied at the State Higher School of Music in Kraków under the supervision of prof. Stanisław Tawroszewicz and Bolesław Bieniasz. He studied conducting with prof. Krzysztof Missony. In his career, he was the conductor of the Pomeranian and Podlasie Philharmonics, a long-time conductor of the Medical Academy choir and the director of the Grand Theatre choir in Łódź. He is a laureate of the Honorary Diploma of the Minister of Culture and Art, the Silver Cross of Merit and the Medal of the National Education Commission.

 

The concert will take place on April 29 (Tuesday) at 6:00 p.m. at the Śródmieście Cultural Center in Białystok (ul. Jana Kilińskiego 13, 3rd floor). Free entrance!
