We invite the residents of Białystok to take part in educational walks through the Dolistówka Valley!
The meetings will take place on:

18 September 2026 at 6:00
During our walks, we will learn about the history of the area, its characteristic plant and animal species, and the importance of green spaces for the quality of life of the city’s residents. Together, we will record the sounds of the river, birds, insects, the wind and other elements of the landscape. The sessions will be led by a member of the Polish Society of Friends of Birds, Białystok Branch.
The next stage will be the creation of the Dolistówka Community Sound Map – a record of contemporary natural heritage, compiled from sounds recorded during the walks – and an open-air concert – an open event by the Dolistówka. Electronic music inspired by the sounds collected by local residents.
