The exhibition is made possible thanks to the generosity of renowned artists who have decided to donate their works. The artists who have joined the initiative include Krzysztof Koniczek, Tomasz Tyszkiewicz, Tatsiana Kozik, Alicja Szkil, Jerzy Łukaszuk, Lesław Pilcicki, Michał Janczuk, Tomasz Kukawski, Piotr Siedlecki and Ewelina Ramotowska.
The art of helping
A unique, one-of-a-kind place is being created in Sochonie near Białystok. The Otulone Children’s Hospice will be the first inpatient hospice for children in the Podlasie region. Every seriously ill child who has to temporarily leave their family home will find professional care and kindness from the staff there.
The ‘Pomóż Im’ Foundation, which has been operating for 18 years and provides palliative care for young children, is facing a huge challenge. It is starting with the renovation of the roof of the building that will serve the sick in the future.
Charity auction on 30 September!
The exhibition ‘The Art of Helping. Artists for the Otulone Children’s Hospice’ can be viewed from 9 September between the hours of 10:00-18:00. It will end with a charity auction of the works, and all proceeds will go towards renovating the roof of the Otulone Children’s Hospice. We invite you to participate in the auction on 30 September 2025 at 6 p.m. in the exhibition hall of the Śródmieście Cultural Centre in Białystok (ul. Kilińskiego 13).
